1) Overview
These Terms govern your use of Nomad Knot’s online marketplace (connects buyers with independent sellers of authentic handmade Afghan rugs).

2) Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Marketplace Rules
Listings must be truthful, with accurate details and photos. Sellers must have the right to sell items they list.

4) Seller Application & Approval
Vendors must apply; approval is at our discretion. We may request documentation for verification.

5) Orders & Fulfillment
Sellers handle packaging and shipping. Buyers must review all details before purchase.

6) Payments & Fees
Payments are handled via Shopify/Webkul setup. Marketplace fees and payout schedules are disclosed separately; we may update fees with notice.

7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility is defined in the Shipping & Returns policies. Some items (e.g., custom rugs) may be non-returnable.

8) Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in illegal, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct or attempt to bypass fees or protections.

9) Intellectual Property
Nomad Knot’s content/brand is protected; sellers retain rights to their content but grant display rights.

10) Disclaimers & Liability
Marketplace services are provided as-is. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

11) Dispute Resolution
Contact support with evidence of issues. We will attempt a fair resolution per our policies.

12) Termination
We may suspend accounts for violations; rights that accrued before termination remain.

13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA (adjust as appropriate).
